Show up and leave, come and go as you please. You can book ahead with your friends, all our sites are easy to get in and out of. Our property is open well before and after the event. Come early or stay late, it's included.

'The Farmhouse' is a super quaint 2 bed/2 bath home that sleeps 6. Fun concrete counters, built in icemaker, bar and covered porch are perfect for central cooking and activities. 2 extra RVS are allowed.
RVs for rent - No fees

A few of our sites have RVs assigned to them. The RVs are for rent with no additional costs for delivery, set-up, cleaning, insurance, etc. NO extra costs! Our RVs range from the 40' quad slide motorhome shown to regular 1 queen trailers. We have other RVs available if our RVs are booked.
Have an RV that you want to make money renting? We have full managed and "you rent" options for you to rent your RV for profit.
Yurt tent rentals: Furnished and DIY
Currently we offer 2 yurt options. Both are 16' one semi-furnished with queen bed & linens, lighting, portable AC unit and free generator use. We also DIY yurt tents for rent. Any tents used on the property must have accompanying port-a-potty rental.

Pre-Book your site with friends
We allow you to book ahead and stay with your friends. No having to show up bumper to bumper in order to camp with a group. Our open, easy in and out access ensures you can show up and leave at anytime. Have lots of friends? Book all 6 sites, RVs and the home, we make it easy for everyone to pay separately.
Bring an extra RV for $199
Bring an extra RV to your site for only $199 for the entire stay. We also have RVs to rent.
Dedicated extra boat, toy, extra vehicle parking
Each site comes with two separate 12x30 plus ft parking spots just across a gravel driveway. The open, angled parking makes it easy to back trailers in and out whenever you want. We even have a wash station to wash your boat.
Huge, sprawling sites with views for miles
All sites are 40x60 over double the size of the gorge Gold RV parking. East site faces east to open farmlands. The picture above is on site 10. Plenty of room for up to 2 RVs. First RV is free, second RV is $199 flat fee. 3rd RV possible upon with permission and fee.
Easy In/Out Access open for entire event and weekend.
We are located off Silica Rd about a mile and a half from the entrance to the amphitheater. We are also centrally located to the 2 closest boat launches and loads of other outdoor amenities. Getting in and out of our property is as easy as getting in and out of a convenience store. Our property is open ahead and after the event for you to arrive early, leave late or both to best accommodate your schedule.
Big, bulky basics included
Each site comes with a full size gas grill, large picnic table, outdoor chairs, and gas fire pit. All sites have at least one water spigot available.
Large Group Friendly Property
The entire property can be rented for large groups. With 6 campsites, the home and additional RV sites allowed with the home the property can easily accommodate 70 or more people.
Events? Want to have your own concert and band? No problem, our 25x50 shop with wide open doors on each end is perfect for your buddies hair band or whatever else your group might want to do indoors out of the weather. Motorsports your thing? Bring it in to work on.
'Vacation and a show' vs 'combat camping just to see a show'
If you've ever camped at the gorge you know what I'm talking about! Our property and amenities are centered around you enjoying a relaxing, camp vacation with your friends, enjoying the amazing outdoor adventures with your toys...AND see a show. VS. combat camp in cramped campgrounds just to see a show. No option to bring your boat or side-by-side, no way to get in and out, no way to park with your friends.
No neighbors
If you rent the entire place it's yours to enjoy.
3 and 4 night min always include free extra day!
Our business model is we are a vacation spot not an overnight motel and cater to that. All of our bookings are 3 night minimums but give you all day on each end AND allow a free extra day to your stay. As long as free extra day doesn't interfere with another event. Our pricing is always around Gorge premium prices but gives you more days stay, sometimes many more. We are always open through the entire weekend AND Monday regardless of show dates.

Extra RV and tent spots available
The booking comes with 2 dry RV camp sites along the north side of the property. We also allow up to (2) tents with the rental of a port-a-potty. 16' yurt tent available for rent.
Shop space
The 25x50 shop is available to groups with permission. Renters of the home have full access to the gravel area between the home and shops.
